I would like to start out thanking everyone for voting me in as your 2025 Commodore.  I look forward to working with the Board and members on the many projects and events planned in 2025.  This will be a lot of work, so I want to encourage the membership to participate in any way they can.  Another accomplishment I would like is to encourage members to come and enjoy the Club.  It is no doubt the best club anywhere.  After 33 years as a mechanic for the local garbage company, I have decided to retire.  I plan on spending a lot more time at the Club and hope to see you all there too.

Thank you all for the honor of representing the Club this year as Vice Commodore!

Last year was a successful year for the Club, a lot of which was due to the great members of the Board of Directors serving with dedication.  Thank you to Bob and Rich for working with me; also, thank you to the rest of the Board who all worked well together.

I look forward to helping with the 2025 Board of Directors on all of the projects and events in the future.  I am sure our team will have a productive year.

Hopefully, with all the membership's involvement, we can continue making upgrades and renovations to our Club to keep it a place we all will enjoy and make memories.

Gratitude Through Servitude 2025

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for allowing me to serve on your behalf as your Rear Commodore.  We all share a love for this place.  I consider Sportsmen Yacht Club my second home.  I also look at each and everyone who is a member as FAMILY.  As we all look forward to what 2025 has in store for us, I am excited for us as a Club!  I am looking forward to sharing stories of old as well as making new stories together.  I encourage our membership to participate in our events throughout the new year.  Through participation, we get a chance to know each other better.  This is what family is to me and I personally can't wait to enjoy our time together here at the Club.  Let's make 2025 an amazing year!
