Lurch joined our Club in 2008 and enjoyed painting banisters and railings around the Club.  He was a behind-the-scenes kind of person.  This photo is one of the rare photos he allowed to be taken when he joined our Club.
 

He retired from Mt. Diablo School District after 43 years working in maintenance.  He loved to ride motorcycles and then transitioned into boating.  For years, he was a dual member of both Driftwood Yacht Club and Sportsmen Yacht Club.
